Your words. Your work. Your decision.
Talk to your resume.
Tell the story behind your work. HonestFit asks focused follow-up questions and captures details for you to review before saving them to Career Memory.
Start with one project, problem you solved, or moment you are proud of. You do not need a polished resume. If you already have one, import it for review first.
Sign-in keeps your capture private. The microphone starts only when you choose Start voice memory. Prefer typing? Use the written story prompts.
You tell the story
“Our shift handoffs were confusing. I helped the team put together a checklist.”
A follow-up question
What did you personally contribute, and what changed after the team started using it?
You add the missing context
“I drafted the checklist and tested it with two shift leads. They said handoffs were clearer. We did not measure time saved.”
Wording to review
Drafted a shift handoff checklist and tested it with two shift leads, who reported clearer handoffs.
No invented metric. A draft to check, not an independently verified claim.
One story. Three deliberate steps.
1 · Capture
Speak with the guide or write using the prompts. Your immediate result is a private review item, not a finished resume.
2 · Review and save
Check the wording, your contribution, and any missing details. You decide which story details join Career Memory.
3 · Choose resume wording
Open the resume workspace when Career Memory has your name, a work role, and a skill. A saved story does not automatically become a resume bullet. Import an existing resume if those details are still missing, then edit a private copy.

Your story joins Career Memory only after you approve it. Raw audio is not stored. Capture does not publish your transcript, verify a claim, or export a resume.
If voice is unavailable, use the written prompts. If a save is interrupted, check Review Inbox before trying again.
