HonestFit helps job seekers keep a private, reviewed record of their work accomplishments. Career Memory holds that record. You use it to compare a job’s requirements, tailor a resume without inventing experience, and prepare interview answers from the same stories.

Questions and answers
What stays free?
Career Memory stays free. Fit comparisons, targeted resumes, and capture drafts are available within the Free allowances. You review what joins your memory, and saved memory remains after a paid campaign ends.
Why pay if I can already compare jobs and create resumes?
Choose a campaign when you want AI Interview Practice for a saved role or higher fit, resume, and capture allowances. Free remains useful for preparing applications within its limits. Both paid options use the same campaign allowances; the difference is the payment period and renewal terms.
What is included in a Job Search Campaign?
An active campaign adds AI Interview Practice for saved roles and higher allowances for fit comparisons, targeted application materials, and capture drafts. It costs $9.95 per week, automatically renewing until canceled, or $99 once for 90 days without automatic renewal. Plus applicable tax.
Does paid access include personal coaching?
No. HonestFit is self-service software. Interview practice and feedback are AI-assisted, with text and available voice options, subject to usage and service availability limits. Human career coaching and resume-writing services are not included.
What remains after paid access ends?
New campaign actions stop. Career Memory and previously generated user-owned saved work remain available.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel weekly renewal in Account. Paid access continues through the paid week. The 90-day campaign does not renew. A failed renewal grants no additional access.
How do refunds work?
A customer may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. For weekly access, that window applies to each weekly payment. A completed full refund ends access for the refunded period and does not delete Career Memory.
Can I import a resume, and is raw audio stored?
You can speak, type, or import an existing resume for review. Raw audio is not stored, and the microphone starts only when you choose it. Importing a resume does not publish it.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Settings → Account can delete the account or download an owner-private JSON archive. A completed deletion removes live Career Memory and signs out active sessions. The archive excludes tokens, provider credentials, storage keys, and Stripe identifiers.
