For each project, capture the situation, your responsibility, the action you took and what changed. Include the role, dates and constraints. Save a note even when you do not have a numerical result; a specific account of the work is a useful starting point.

A note that says “helped with handoffs” does not say who did the work.
The reviewed story says this person drafted a checklist and tested it with two shift leads, who reported clearer handoffs. That team feedback stays distinct from a measured result. Budget ownership is not in the story, so it stays out of the record.

What is a Career Memory?
A Career Memory is a private, reviewed record of your roles, stories, decisions, outcomes, skills, and supporting context. It gives future applications and interviews a stronger starting point than a resume alone.
How is Career Memory different from a resume?
A resume is a short document for one audience. Career Memory keeps the fuller context behind it so you can create role-specific materials without reconstructing your career each time.
Is HonestFit Career Memory private?
Yes. Career Memory is private by default. You separately control whether approved, public-safe information is used in a public profile, resume, fit report, or other output.
Does adding evidence make a claim verified?
No. Evidence may support a claim, but candidate-provided material is not automatically independent verification. HonestFit keeps support, source status, and verification meaning distinct.
How much does Career Memory cost?
Career Memory stays free. The Job Search Campaign is available for $9.95 per week, automatically renewing until canceled, or $99 once for 90 days without automatic renewal. Both add active-search tools such as role-specific Application Kits and Interview Practice.
Can I import a resume?
Yes. You can import an existing resume for review. Importing does not publish it, and it does not turn every line into Career Memory until you review what should be saved.
Does HonestFit store raw audio?
No. You can speak or type. Raw audio is not stored, and the microphone starts only when you choose it.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account provides self-service deletion. A completed deletion removes live Career Memory and signs out active sessions. The same page can also download an owner-private JSON archive.
